  Balance is frequently overlooked, but is an essential piece of athleticism.

Controlling your body in space helps us move more efficiently and get ourselves in and out of situations. We couldn't throw a punch, go for a takedown, defend or move without good body awareness and balance, so its definitely something you should address and improve during your workouts.
