Banded KB Farmer Carry

Equipment needed for this exercise:

  1. Power Bands
  2. Fat Gripz
  3. Kettlebell


Exercise Tips:

  • Perform this exercise barefoot.
  • Stand Up, lock in good posture, and walk forward for distance and then walk backwards to the start position.
  • The bands allow the weights to bounce and create more difficulty.
  • Use a weight that is heavy enough to challenge your posture, but not so heavy that your grip breaks down and you're forced to stop.
