Banded KB Farmer Carry
Equipment needed for this exercise:
- Power Bands
- Fat Gripz
- Kettlebell
Exercise Tips:
- Perform this exercise barefoot.
- Stand Up, lock in good posture, and walk forward for distance and then walk backwards to the start position.
- The bands allow the weights to bounce and create more difficulty.
- Use a weight that is heavy enough to challenge your posture, but not so heavy that your grip breaks down and you're forced to stop.
