The glutes are a powerhouse for just about any movement.  Developing strong, powerful hips is essential for any grappler. In this week's video, PJ Nestler showcases one of his favorite exercises for developing strong hips.

Barbell Glute Bridge

Coaching Cues:

  • Shoulder Blades on the Bench
  • Abs Engaged, Rib Cage Down
  • Feet Shoulder Width Apart
  • Feet Flat, Driving Through 3 Points of Each Foot
  • Squeeze Glutes at the Top of Each Rep
