Jiu Jitsu Workout with 2X Black Belt World Champion Luiza Monteiro

Strength coach Alex Sterner, at Electrum Performance, had us shadow a workout with 2X world champion, Luiza Monteiro. Alex Sterner and Alex Bryce are the founders of Electrum Performance in Pacific Beach, CA and active bjj competitors.  Luiza is a black belt and trains out of ATOS jiu jitsu in San Diego, under the tutelage of Andre Galvao.  This workout was done in preparation for the Grand Slam in the gi, as well as, for upcoming no gi worlds.
