Sandbag Exercise: Shuck Across Drill Thatโs Perfect for Grapplers and Fighters
*This is an advanced exercise*
Please make sure that you are proficient at the deadlift, lateral "skater" lunges or similar, before adding complexity or load. Once you've mastered those movements, then start slowly and use lighter weights to get the technique down.
Moving loads in new planes of motion will help you become stronger and more athletic on your feet and on the mat.
