This Privacy Policy describes how Getphysical.com LLC ("PHYSICAL," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit getphysical.com, members.getphysical.com, or shopphysical.com (collectively, the "Sites"), or purchase any of our digital training programs, memberships, or products.

By using the Sites, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide. When you sign up for a free lead magnet, purchase a program or membership, or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, billing address, payment information (processed by our payment processors), and any messages or content you send us.

Device & Usage Information. When you visit the Sites, we automatically collect: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and cookies. We refer to this as "Device Information."

How we collect Device Information:

Log files: Track actions on the Sites, including IP address, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
Web beacons, tags, and pixels: Electronic files that record how you browse the Sites.

We use advertising pixels and retargeting tools to show you ads for our products on Meta, Google, and other platforms. You can opt out of targeted advertising:

5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share certain Device Information with advertising partners (Meta, Google) for retargeting, which California law may classify as "sharing." You can opt out via the links in Section 4 or by emailing us at [email protected].

6. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, update, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

We process your information to fulfill contracts with you (such as delivering programs you purchase) and to pursue our legitimate business interests (improving the Sites, marketing our products). Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

7. Global Privacy Control & Do Not Track

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser as an opt-out request for the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as required by California law. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

8. Data Retention

We retain your Order Information for our records and to comply with legal obligations (typically 7 years for tax and accounting purposes). You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected], subject to exceptions for legal compliance.

9. Children

The Sites are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the "Effective Date" at the top when we do. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Sites.
